My experience was extremely awesome every single person in there was extremely nice and I felt very comfortable especially having three eye surgeries and one eye so my vision and my left eye is extremely bad but they took good care of me and got me into the right glasses and I also recommended them to some friends at my job they'll be going there to check them out too

Friendly, professional and helpful. They were able to schedule me under a week’s notice for an eye exam when I found out my previous eye doctor’s office does not take my current insurance. All the staff are super nice and I recommend their services.

Love this office. I never wait long to see the doctor. The office staff is always friendly and knows their clients. If you need specific times, they help accommodate and I can’t end a review without saying how calming Dr. Jones voice is. IYKYK

The exams are so thorough and the staff is awesome. Such comfort. The young lady who initially helped me was the opitme of what customer service should be. I can’t remember her name just now but, she’s a keeper Dr. Jones.

This office gets the highest rating possible, a great experience. From Dr. Jones who conducted a thorough exam and explained everything, to Melissa who helped me with new frames, to the woman, (I wish I had her name), who did the preliminary tests, it was a kind, stress free and wonderful environment. My new glasses are excellent. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a quality eye exam and an excellent selection of frames. I was in search of a new optometrist who takes my insurance, and Kane and Figler popped up on the list. I called and asked straight away if they accepted EyeMed. Yes, we do, the woman said, and without missing a beat, followed up by asking if I’d like to make an appointment. The practice offers Saturday appointments, which is nice. Their online reservation system makes it easy to change appointment times, too. All paperwork can be completed online prior to the appointment. Dr. Sandra Jones is outstanding. I really appreciated the time she spent with me during the exam and how easy it was to ask her questions. I feel more confident about what to expect as I go through my 40s and the expected changes in vision happen. I never once felt dismissed or not listened to. Highly recommend this practice!
